"I have no idea who I am now," is something I hear often.
"How am I supposed to go from "we" to "me?"
I wondered that myself when my husband passed. I thought it was impossible, but I was wrong.
It IS possible to recreate THIS version of you, I promise.
Part of that process is recognizing what parts of your identity have NOT been lost. That's a starting point, a foundation, from which to build.
