The Sudden Widow Coach
When my husband passed in 2012, I was shocked, lost and immersed in the darkest darkness. I spent the next 6 years on the run, staying busy with work and ranch life. I learned that the pain can't be outrun.
I teach in a few months what took me 6 years to learn: the tools uniquely designed to navigate the widowed experience.
I knew that when I figured it out for myself, I would go back for those still living in the darkness. So I became a certified professional life coach who focuses exclusively on the widowed experience.
