You've learned tools that have changed how you experience your life.
You've learned to question what your brain offers you, separate pain from suffering, and make more intentional decisions.
But knowing the tools and consistently using them are two different things.
Maybe you're finishing Life Reconstructed and want to keep learning. Maybe you completed it years ago and have gotten away from using the tools.
Maybe life is presenting new challenges, and you'd appreciate continued coaching and community.
Or maybe there's something you WANT for yourself, but you haven't quite figured out how to make it happen.
What if you had a full year of coaching, accountability, and community to help you navigate what life brings—and create what you want?
That's why I created The Life Lab.
The Life Lab might be just what you're looking for if…
- You want to keep using the tools. You've experienced their value and want to understand and apply them at a deeper, more nuanced level.
- You've gotten away from practicing the tools. You know how helpful they are, and you'd like the structure and support to reengage with them.
- Life has brought new challenges. You're navigating circumstances, decisions, or transitions, and you want coaching to help you through them.
- There's something you want to create. You have ideas, goals, or dreams, but you'd benefit from accountability to turn intentions into action.
- You miss the community. You value being surrounded by like-minded, coached peers who understand your experience and are committed to their own growth.
Learn. Experiment. Create.
The Life Lab is designed around two complementary parts.
Continue learning, practicing, and applying.
We'll revisit the tools you already know, explore them more deeply, and apply them to whatever circumstances life brings.
We'll also explore four research-supported areas of living well: physical health, social engagement, intellectual stimulation, and spiritual connection.
Create what you WANT.
We'll explore what matters to you, identify something you'd like to create or change, and begin experimenting.
You'll have regular opportunities to revisit your intentions, examine your progress, receive coaching, and decide what comes next. All while feeling supported by a like-minded community of peers who care about you and your goals.
You don't have to improve every area of your life. And you don't need to arrive with a goal already figured out.
These are areas to explore—not another checklist of things you should be doing.
Because intentions need attention.
It's easy to start with a goal and gradually lose sight of it.
Life happens. Priorities shift. Our brains prefer what's familiar. And sometimes we stop doing the very things we intended to continue.
That's why accountability is built into The Life Lab.
Every month, we'll check in on what you said you wanted to do, what actually happened, and what you learned.
We'll coach on what's getting in your way, revisit decisions, and choose your next experiment.
Not to make you wrong for what you haven't accomplished.
But to help you stay engaged with what matters to you.
We'll also practice becoming more willing to fail.
Because failure is the currency for growth.
Failing isn't the goal. Willingness to try is.
Join The Life LabThere's something special about being in a room with people who understand.
If you've participated in Life Reconstructed or The Deep Dive, you know what I mean.
People who understand what it's like to be widowed, but who also know the coaching tools, speak the same language, and are committed to continuing their growth.
People who can celebrate your wins, challenge your thinking, offer perspective, and remind you of what's possible when you've temporarily forgotten.
You don't have to start from scratch. And you don't have to do this alone.
The Life Lab brings that community together again, with a maximum of 15 participants so everyone has the opportunity to be known, heard, and coached.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to have a goal before joining?
No. We'll spend the first few months exploring what you want before choosing an experiment or area of focus. You don't need to arrive with everything figured out.
What if I'm still grieving?
Of course you are. Grief doesn't have an expiration date, and you don't have to be finished grieving to participate. We'll continue using the tools to navigate grief and all the other circumstances life brings.
What if I've forgotten some of the coaching tools?
That's one of the reasons The Life Lab exists! We'll revisit familiar tools, practice using them, and deepen our understanding as we go.
What if my goal changes during the year?
That's welcome. Your interests and priorities may change as you learn more about yourself. Changing direction isn't failure. It's information.
When will we meet?
We'll meet twice monthly beginning in November. After enrollment closes, I'll survey members to establish a recurring day and time that accommodates as many participants as possible.
Is The Life Lab the same as The Deep Dive?
No. The Life Lab includes continued coaching and deeper learning, but it also has a more intentional structure for experimentation, accountability, and creating what you want. We'll regularly revisit your goals and intentions rather than relying entirely on whatever coaching topics happen to arise.
Who can join?
The Life Lab is exclusively for past and current coaching clients. Enrollment is limited to 15 people.
What do you WANT to create in the coming year?
You don't need to know exactly where you're headed.
You don't need a perfect plan.
You just need to be willing to keep learning, experimenting, and showing up for yourself.
Let's find out what's possible—with coaching, accountability, and community along the way.
Enrollment closes October 27.
