Program Details

Schedule: The group coaching sessions are held Mondays and Thursdays beginning early September and ending late November, 2024.

Sessions are virtual, 55 minutes in duration. Replays are available. 

Online resources: You'll have on demand, lifetime access to the online client portal, filled with week-by-week videos, journal prompts, community support and bonuses.

Printed materials: You'll receive the Life Reconstructed Workbook in your mailbox, which mirrors the online content.
